Email reporting - Body of the email , when and to

Dear All,
Good afternoon.
1)Is there any possibility to remove body of the email from the reporting issues?
2) How can i add ' sent to ' and when 'sent to' from the emails ?
3)Everytime, the mails are stuck when it reachs a particular mail-id .Why it is so? If i remove the entry from the email table, will it work fine?
