Follow-Up ticket for another project

Hey guys,
Once I'm in a project A and have ticket X in there, is it possible to create a new ticket Y with a reference to X, that is assigned to a different project B?
I know that I could clone a ticket and after that I could move it to another project, but that's not what I want.

You could use "Copy" operation of the "View Issues" page for it.
Pro: You don't have to move the issue, as you are asked for the project when copying
Con: You have to set the relationship after the copy operation
