Display Inherit versions

Mantis version 2.15.0
I create a main project "A" with versions "Version 1, Version 2"
I create a project "B" sub-project of the main project "A".
When i create an issue in sub project "B", two problems :
1) the list version displayed is "[A] Version 1, "[A] Version 2". I just want "Version1, Version 2". How can i do ?
2) with a reporter account, the list version displayed is empty. If a create the issue with an administrator account the list version displayed is ok.
