List of users allowed to set a status

Hello, i have a specific workflow that i have to integrate in mantis.
The thing is that a status can be set for specific user roles. This cannot be done with the minimum access level, it has to be something like a list of roles that are allowed to change to this status.
There is some maner of do that?
