Email Notification Failed

Hello All,
When I entered new users into mantis, each new member got a registration email but when I assign any bugs to a particular user the email notification not working in that scenario. My project setting is private for each project and all bugs marked as private, tried by doing public but don't work.
So, Please help me with a working solution. Also, under my email notifications, all are tick marked.

You can enable logging to find out was is happening.
Set options $g_log_level and $g_log_destination for it.

Are there guidelines on how to interpret the log once it's made though, Atrol?

There are no guidelines, but I assume that most of the users understand what is meant.
