Remove default summary field from report issue page

Hi guys i have a problem with the summary field on my report issue page i would like remove them but i cant, any ideas? version of mantis is 1.3.0.

That is a mandatory field, why remove it?

What's the reason for that to be a mandatory field? I've thought of removing it too.

Cause it is used to described the issue in a way of a title. It is used in various places so suggest to live with it
