Has anyone screen shots of this plugin?

It sounds interesting, but I would to understand better how it works before committing time to installation and, if needed, debug.

Seems not to be maintained since years. I assume the current code will not work using latest Mantis version 2.x

Look at
pull request #3 which was an attempt to make it compatible with MantisBT 1.3, back in 2016. I had started to review it, then got sidetracked and it never went through. It may even be mergeable, but I don't have time to check now. Anyway you should probably start from that point.
Adapting 1.3 legacy layout to the new 2.0 UI can sometimes be a pain, dependings on the complexity of the screen(s) to be converted. If you're willing to try I can probably help to some extent.
