currently on Summary graph, only "Developers by Open Issues" shows remained issues by developer, but we need to know "Open issues vs time" trending graph to demonstrate the performance of solving problems for each reporter or handler.

Is that feature could be achieved?

Can you clarify what the expectation exactly is, which time?

Last week, month or 3, 6, 12 months
with those treading drawing, it's easy to conduct annual performance review

There is a function available called "summary_print_by_age". You could use that to add the requested graph to the stats plugin

Cannot attach the plugin here, file too large

Please don't attach the plugin and don't publish it at any other place.
IIRC there are parts in it which are questionable in terms of licensing and must not be published.
I contacted the author some years ago because of that.
Maybe this is the reason, that it's no longer downloadable.
