Problems using the forum ? ? ?

Does anyone else see the following problems with this phpBB forum ?

• - When I login, the "Login" link at the top does not change to "Log out" until after I login a second time. However, I show as online in the section at the bottom.
  
  - I no longer see the colored icon that says I have not read all messages in a topic, or that a forum has some unread topics. I did use the "Mark all read" link the other day.

Has the forum software been upgraded recently - and to what level ?
