Plugin Architecture

Post by nurikabe »

Just curious about the state of Mantis' plugin architecture. Seems like there are a couple of efforts underway.

Vincent Debout has his own manager (and a number of plugins) here: http://deboutv.free.fr/mantis/

Yet the Mantis team seems to also have a couple of irons in the fire:

Where is a would-be plugin author to turn?

Personnaly, I follow (and to contribute to) the second solution (ie all my plugin will be compatible when the second solution will be implemented).
Want more plugins to customize Mantis?

Mantis 1.2 will include our official plugins architecture. If you get the latest code from Subversion you can already play with it. The current implementation is based on:

Migrate your MantisBT to the MantisHub Cloud
