Is documentation of 1.1.1 available

There is the manual at (which is a bit out of date):

The new manual that is going to be released with Mantis 1.2, can be found here:

Although the new manual is for Mantis 1.2, most of the details in it apply to 1.1.1, but are more up to date than the current published manual.

How about making a sticky post in the Announcements forums pointing to the documentation? I'm sure others would appreciate being able to find it easily.
