Mantis-to-Mantis integration

Hi

We use mantis internally, to track sw development issues.
One of my customers follows us, and is now using mantis in their organization. (great! :-))

Recently they started to send us issues.
When I receive the e-mail from theirs mantis installation, I post a new case in my mantis instalation...

Is it possible to integrate both mantis installations?
Is it where not possible, somebody have a good suggestion, to save some work?

Yes, a Mantis-to-Mantis integration can be achieved via MantisConnect (http://www.futureware.biz/mantisconnect). I have a solution that should achieve what you need. Please contact me via email if you want to discuss this further.
