DOCUMENTS OF ALL PROJECTS VISIBLE TO ALL USERS

In my standard mantis setup, documentation specific to PRIVATE projects are available to be viewed by users with no access to that specific project.
All my projects are private
I assign a user with rights to see one project. And it is fine. But in documentation, when in 'All Projects' mode they can see all project documents from all (private) projects.
How can this be avoided??
