How can I report a private issue?

I would like to report a issue which can only viewed by the correspond user.
That's the other users is the same group can not view the issure. Can Mantis do it!

Note: I am not the administrator and olny the normal user. I expect that I can control the issue which reported by Myself can only be access and view by myself. Just like I use the Mantis to work as a notebook of mine.
