Account Update problem

Hi,

I have a version of Mantis installed on top of EasyPhP 2.0.0.0 and since few weeks users are not able to update their account.

When they are in the account update page and submit their password the server does not give any feedback and the password is not updated.

Could you please help.

Check the log-files of your webserver and the events entries of your operating system

I have the same problem : I can't update a password of a new user ! But I managed to change the password on some users, I think it's random ...

I have no error in the log-files of my webserver (Apache 2.2.11)

I don't know what I can do ... what's necessary ?

Have you managed to resolve the problem ???

There is more information needed to have a look at this.
To start, at least version of MantisBT and PHP

Version of PHP : 5.3.0

Do not use PHP 5.3.0, update to 5.3.3 or downgrade to 5.2 (there are a lot of known bugs in PHP 5.3.0, some of them also affecting MantisBT)
After changing your PHP you should also update to MantisBT 1.2.3 , see what has been fixed http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/changelog_ ... ion_id=111

I update PHPto 5.3.3 and mantisbt to 1.2.3 but I have the same problem.

But just one time, I can change one password for a user ! But now I can't change again !

Is it possible that there have a variable number which blocks the change password ?

Edit : i just realize that when I try to log me with bad password, the page tries to run but ultimately remains in charge: there are no warning notices "wrong password"! Yet it seemed to have seen. I think I change a variable or another to have this problem, but I don't know What ?
