E-mail about new bug reports
Could somebody tell me, how can I get emails about the new bugs what the reportes are upload in the Mantis? I'm an administrator on the system.
i have the same problem
all users ( administrator, developper) have checked "email on new " whith minimum severity any in their profiles, but we don't receive email on new bug.
we receive email for the other event ( assigned, delete ) any idea?

I am having the same issue with Mantis 1.03. My Access level = manager. In my Account Preferences, I have "Email on New" checked and the Minimum Severity set to "any". Yet I get no notification when someone submits reports a new issue.
It seems like the only way I get notified is if my name is somewhere in the problem. For example, if I report an issue and then assign it to someone, I always get notidifed of updates, status changes, etc. It appears that I have to be related to an issue in order to get notification.
