If I set a project as private and report issues into it myself, can I then change the reporter name to a different username and then they will have access to view their bug, but no others? Can it work like that?
If you set $g_limit_reporter = ON, a reporter can only see what he submitted, even in private projects. Otherwise, they can't see the issues in a private project.
