Remove update issue from Advanced bug report page

Hi
How can i remove update issue from Advanced bug report page for particular access level users (ex:viewer)

Confusing question because
a) I am not aware that there is any "update issue" functionality on report page
b) Viewers don't have any rights to create or edit issues in a default configuration

How can i remove that column(Hi-lighted in Picture)

Choose page "Manage" -> "Manage configuration" -> "Workflow Treshold" to check/change the configured rights for your viewers
