Help with View Bugs

Help!

I'm using the Mantis modified as A(n)TS for applicant tracking, and am having a problem.

when I add a new user(bug) at the candidate level, and can see them on the "manage users(bugs)" screen, why is it that they don't show up on the "view candidates (bugs)" screen? I can see the very first one I put into the system, but no subsequent users (bugs)?

When i crack open the database, i certainly see all of my users in the users table, but when i go to the bug table, i just see the one i added first.

I am not sure if I understand what is the problem. It may help if you would translate the terminology back to the original mantis terminology.
