I would like change of status for 2 status in particular do
may not be possible.

Example:

When the status is "closed", you can not change the status

When i click on the issue with the status is "closed", i have the possibility to change status to : In process, In approval....

Yes, you can do it on the administrator interface. I dont have mantis in front of me, but as far as I remember it is on the page where you can configure the flow. You can set the minimum access level which is required to change the status of an issue at a certain stage. Set the credentials to Admin or Manager next to the closed state and you are done.

I have another question

For the developper, i want see "send reminder", "change status", "assign to" and "update quote" only.

In config_defaults_inc.php

I have

When i'm connect with an user who is developper, i don't see the send reminder.

Why ?
