Hello all,
We are a small Microsoft shop that needs a helpdesk ticket tracking system. I have been charged with finding one. My boss recommended that I look into MANTIS. We need to generate helpdesk tickets that keep track of all end-user and system poblems and what we did to resolve them. Is this what MANTIS is for?
