Hi Everyone,
I am having a weird problem. I have set up Mantis by creating 1 admin and 1 manager, the goal is to have my partner and I exchanging data with the script.
The problem is that when the manager post a bug and then the admin asks for a feedback, the post color stays red, any idea why please?
Do to this I went on a post and choose in the "Change status to" the menu "Feedback" and then clicked on "Change status to", but still the color is red, what is the trick with that please?
Also, I would like to remove the button "make public" and someone writes a "note", which page shall I edit for this please? If you just give me the name of the page I will try to find the php code for it.
Thank you,
Ben

Re: Unable to see feedback colors
Thanks for the help,
I actually worked it out, I had to click on the button next to it, I was instead updating the page form the note button at the button.
What is Mantis2go? I am going to download it to see what this is.
Thank you,
Ben

Hi,
I did not realise Mantis2Go was the same software but hosted on your server.
How can I uninstall it from my computer please? I cannot find an uninstall file or precise folder where the software is installed.
Thank you,
Ben

It's not hosted on my server. Mantis2Go runs local on your system.bambinou wrote: but hosted on your server.
Remove the folder where you installed Mantis2Go. Remove the link on your Desktop.bambinou wrote: How can I uninstall it from my computer please?
