1- I've created a plugin and follow the steps from : http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/m ... ganization
But I can't send an email => "You are not allowed to post to this mailing list... ". Someone can help me ?

2- I have also to reference my plugin here : http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/m ... ugins_list
But I can't edit the page. Do you know any information about that ?

You have to signup to the mailing list to post. I updated the wiki to indicate that.
