I'm experiencing some problems with posting new bugs - I mean I click "Report Issue" write long post (window is opened for long time - like half an hour) and then click submit I get this error:

But I don't see any clear reply. I'm pretty sure it's somehow connected with PHP settings I mean timeout settings. Can somebody please help me which settings I should adjust in the PHP configuration files so I can make it work normally?
I noticed that when the issue is reported quickly (within like 3 minutes) the problem does not occur.
