Allow others to reopen bug.

I have in the workflow threshold set to allow updater to reopen bug, however the button isn't there for an updater who isn't the reporter of the bug.
How do I get it to allow all updaters to be able to reopen every bug?

Describe step by step what you did.
If there is more than one project, check that you have set the treshold for the right one.
Which version of MantisBT do you use?

I found right after I posted here that you also have to change the "Access Levels" settings in the Workflow Transitions page. You have to set the minimum access level to what role you want.
So for anyone else.
Workflow Thresholds
Updater is checked to allow reopen. (I have reopen set to change the status to assigned (default is feedback))
Workflow Transitions
Access Levels->Assigned set to updater (default is developer)
So now it works for every updater.
