Getting Phorum Integrated with Mantis

I decided to get Phorum integrated with Mantis. I downloaded phorum, got it sharing Mantis' database (just like the directions say), and I was about to follow the directions when I suddenly realized they were WAY out of date.

The directions told me to edit a file called "core_html_API.php", but I found core/html_api.php. They said that the start of the print_menu() function starts around like 217. It starts at line 430. They said to edit the global definitions line right after the function declaration, but there isn't one.

It looks like this module was completely rewritten and that all of the page calls are now in their own php file instead of calling the links.

Anyone else installed Phorum with Mantis?

I am using Mantis version 0.19 with phorum 5.0.15a.
