Help please
I need to modify the "Date Submitted" . Is there any way to do this? I am working in windows 8 and my mantis version is 1.2.19 . Please is urgent!!

I too needed to do this and I have found a way. Use any program to open the 'mantis' database. I use "Navicat Premium" . Navigate to the "mantis_bug_table" and edit the "date_submitted" entry.
I did not know what the numbers stood for however. I wanted to make some Mantis entries appear to have been posted in 2015 instead of 2016 so what I did was lookup any Mantis entry in 2015 (lets say for example the Mantis ID was 2228. I would then go to "mantis_bug_table" and find entry 2228, and copy the numbers in "date_submitted" and paste them into the 'date_submitted' field of the entry you want to change to date on.
Works perfectly for me. Any questions just reply back here.
