Good predecessors
I have set some custom fields so that I can keep track of the problem when I can be more clearly what the problem. But I found that these fields do not appear either to export CSV or EXCEL. I know that the relevant field value is in the CUSTOM_FIELD table, then I just how to make these fields in my CSV or EXCEL

Check page "My Account" > "Manage Columns"

Depends on the name of your custom field.
It starts with custom_ and ends with the name of your field
