How can i Import Bugtracker tool - CSV file into Mantis tool

Dear sir,
I am using mantisBT Ver2.4.0 and Schema Version 209.
Description:
I have create sample project & users then i have import Bugtracker tool Bugs- CSV file in Mantis.
In this scenario, I unable to upload csv file in Mantis BT.
I need uploaded csv file column header format and what are the steps i need to follow to import csv file in mantis tool.
