I've created tickets for my client, then set to Feedback status and Assigned to a client/user.
But waiting for feedback implies feedback from the author.
Is there a correct configuration to request feedback from someone else so that Their view shows that feedback is requested from Them?
I suppose after this I will want My View to include a filter that shows tickets that I've authored which are awaiting feedback from someone else.
Can someone link me to info about adding a new View to the My View page?
