Upgrading MantisBT v 1.1.1 to v 2.12

We plan to upgrade our MantisBT version 1.1.1 to the latest version 2.12.

Should we just follow the MantisBT 2.0 Admin Guide's ⁠instructions listed below?

Or is there anything else we should do beforehand?

Maybe your PHP and/or database versions are too old to run latest MantisBT.
