The users were not displayed in Assigned to filed

Hi,

I´m acting on a project with Mantis.

We are trying to open a new issue and Assign to a developer.

The developers users were created and they have the "Developer" profile, but, they are not displayed in "Assigned To" field, on this field only "Adminstrators" were displayed.

Someone could help me please ?

Do you have setup public or private projects?

Which Mantis version do you use?

Our project is as public project, we are using a web mantis.

We have the users created in tool, but, when I tried to "Assign" the issue to some developer, only administrators uers were displayed to me.

This mantis is linked to the client, we are acessing the tool using the follow link: https://10.149.254.78/mantis.

We are using probably a new version of Mantis, we are not using the installed tool, only web.

The Mantis version is:

MantisBT 2.10 web

Choose the affected project in project selection
Check setting "Handle an issue" on page Manage > Manage Configuration > Workflow Thresholds
It should be checked for access level developer.
