I don't know Windows so check the SQL manual (MySQL). Maybe PHPMyAdmin can help you.

Try with "Password", "Admin Username" and "Admin password" empty.

Use the lost password feature with the admin account.

Concerning the mail test, it always fails, it is a bug that I have reported.

- Email: root@localhost
- Password: root
