Bug note on e-mail

Hello,

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I did not find any answer, only found the other way around (e-mail on bug note).

Is there a way to automatically add a bug note with e-mail content if sent to a specific address ? Some tools can do that, if the subject contains data of the bug, a robot can add a note with the content.

If this is not implemented in Mantis, what is the simplest way to implement it externally ? Has anyone tried that ?
