Application Error #200 - workflow_access not found

Hi,

Need some help to understand an error.

I had project A created with custom ticket status and workflow transitions configurations working properly.

Then I created project B also with custom ticket status. When I try to configure the Workflow Transitions to this particular project I get the following error message:

"Application Error #200
A required parameter to this page (workflow_access) was not found.
Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section."

This only happens with project B. If I try changing project A workflow transitions it works perfectly.

2.3.0 is quite outdated and I am a bit wondering that you don't get even more problems when running this old version and using PHP 7.x.
We fixed quite a lot of bugs since 2.3.0, so you should check in a first step if the problem occurs when using latest version (2.15.0 at the moment)

We haven't had many problems using these versions together so far.

That's why we haven't updated to a more recent version of Mantis.

Guess we'll have to do it now to try and solve this.
