I'm trying to understand the logic when adding a note. If I check the Private checkbox, I do not have access to the file upload.
Please clarify for me.

Got it. Sorry, new user. I'm setting up MantisBT to keep track of our software development projects.

If I create a project and add specific users to this project, then only those users can see that project. Right?
Then how does the Private setting apply to an individual note?

Also, is there documentation that covers the user operational aspects of MantisBT?
