How to show other user's full name and email information as a UPDATER or DEVELOPER?

How to show other user's full name and email information as a UPDATER or DEVELOPER?
I click the user name on the Activties of an issue, it only show the user name, no further information will be displayed.
It is not convenient if i want to contact the person who update the issue.
What should be adjusted in config_ini.php file for the mantisbt administrator?
My mantis version is 2.18.
