Bug: Sub-Category no show in administrator account

Hi. I find problem if use parameter $g_show_extended_project_browser = ON; in config_inc.php for show sub-category on bug_report_page.php.

If i am login as anonymous user then show sub-category is normally.
If i am login as administrator (other users i am not tested) then sub-category is missed.

How i can add show sub-category for administrator user?

Tested on version 2.19.0
