Mantis site is taking a long time to respond while updating a ticket

Hello,

Mantis site is taking a long time to respond.While opening a new ticket, or adding updates to an existing ticket, the server takes over 30 seconds to respond from GUI,but works fine from MYSQL Database.Could you please help on improving performance.

Find details about version & record count etc.
