hi i am using mantis application from last 2 years i am facing this slow problem more than 1 year kindly give me a support to solve this

Facing Slow From the following action

Creating task
assigning task
adding notes

more over in every action its taking more than 3- 5 minutes for an action '

i have attached screenshot for your kind reference

About screenshot ( recently before an week we are using cloudfare service after that we are getting 524 timeout error instant of task page.

support me to solve this problem please
