I have a database that is now too slow to work with.
Is there a person in this forum who would help optimize the speed of my database. I have more than 9,000 records and more than 1 Gb files in the database.

what is your setup that is given the issue? Which moments do you encounter the slowness ( 9000 records is pretty small)? Is it actually the database or is there another reason ( for example sending of emails)?
