Good Day All, I am a First time user of the Mantis Bug Tracker and have been posting issues this morning until it decided to stop with an Error #27
I had to wait for some time to login again and then it just allowed me to add one more issue, then it came up with the same error
I would appreciate any tips on how to resolve this matter
Kind Regards
Steve Molnar

Re: Error #27 - How do I resolve this Please
Thank you for the Reply,
Since I don't have access to those Files I will have to wait for our Administrator of Mantis to Return From Leave, From What I have read it seems that the error is related to the built-in Spam Protection and the Instructions seems to want the Config File to be changed to Disable it, Is this Safe and is there another Option if its Not Safe to Disable the Spam Option
Kind Regards

If your system is not exposed to the outside world, risk is pretty low.
Alo good to know that more settings are available in order to finetune.
Ask your developers to look at the following options:
#############
# Anti-Spam #
#############
/**
* Max number of events to allow for users with default access level when signup is enabled.
* Use 0 for no limit.
* @var integer
* @see $g_default_new_account_access_level
*/
$g_antispam_max_event_count = 10;
/**
* Time window to enforce max events within. Default is 3600 seconds (1 hour).
* @var integer
*/
$g_antispam_time_window_in_seconds = 3600;
