[MantisBT] Account registration emails

Does anyone know how I can change the email addresses that the new user account registered email goes to? Whenever a new account is created, one of the admin team gets the below email:

Subject: [MantisBT] Account registration

Body:

The following account has been created:

Username:
Email;
Remote IP address:

Login page link

Do not reply to this message

Any ideas how I can get it to send to multiple users?

The emails are sent to all users with minimum access leveö of $g_notify_new_user_created_threshold_min setting.
Default is ADMINISTRATOR
