Cannot submit bug report any more

I have installed the most recent MantisBT update 2.23. Since then I cannot submit any bug reports any more. PHP version is 7.3.12.

Which error message do you get when submitting a bug?
Which version did you use before?
Did you run the upgrade script after installation? (check the Admin Guide for that)

In Firefox I get no error message. When you submit, it transfers some data and suddenly stops. The page remains open, all the entries are still there. If you check the the number of issues, no change. Previous version was 2.11.

I have restored my database and reinstalled the update again. Seems to work now.
