Move Mantis Bug Tracker from bluehost to on-site server (MantisBT Version 1.2.19 Schema Version 183)

we would like to ove Mantis Bug Tracker from bluehost to on-site server(MantisBT Version 1.2.19 Schema Version 183) and are a bit clueless on how to approach this?
does anyone have any experience doing this or be able to provide some assistance to get this accomplished?
