Hello,

I'm running Mantis 2.23.0.

Administrator and Manager users are able to edit (pencil icon visible) Summary and Description fields.

I want to enable Developer users to edit Summary and Description fields, but I can't find how to enable this. Developer can update header fields only.
There is no pencil icon for Developer users.

I figured it out.

"Update readonly issues" needed to be enabled for Developer. It was disabled and the issue had gone to read only state.
