Hello team,
Hope you all are doing good.
I've tried to upgrade the mantis BT 1.2.4 to 2.25.0. Found issues with database upgrade.
Actually, we are using customized mantis.
Is anyone can suggest best way to upgrade customized old mantis to the 2.25.x?
Please support me on this!!

Not sure if I understand your question.
You can upgrade from 1.2.4 to 2.25.2 (the latest 2.25.x at the moment) using your current PHP version.

Re: Can't Upgrade MantisBT 1.2.4 to 2.25.0
Hello,
I'd tried to upgrade and got some errors. I have attached a picture of the error shown. Could you please tell me what is the issue?
After my research, I deleted some rows from mantis_config_table and mantis_filters_table
delete from mantis_config_table where type=3
It worked but found a lot of bugs related to workflow and some of the projects.
Please share what is the exact way to fix this issue.

Re: Can't Upgrade MantisBT 1.2.4 to 2.25.0
Hello,
I am sharing data for
select * for mantis_config_table where type=3
It asked me to delete a lot of rows from this selection. I don't know what is the intention or the cause of deleting these.
Why I should delete those rows?
Can I revert this after the upgrade?
