When I try to login to the Mantis bugtracker, I get a message that my account was disabled. Could a moderator please advise me privately why this has occurred.
Also, when connected anonymously, I cannot seem to apply the Category filter in the view_all_bug_page. When I try to filter on a category to see if my priority problem has been reported, the view_all_bug_page still shows all categories.
A third problem dates back some time ago. I cannot reach the Mantis site using the regular domain name. I need to use the IP address instead. This was originally reported using IRC, and in a private email to Paul last December. At the time I was asking if this is something I should take up with my ISP, or if it was something the Mantis team would wish to address first. I am still awaiting for news on this last issue.

Regarding problem #1, your account is not disabled.
Migrate your MantisBT to the MantisHub Cloud
Re: Three Problems Using the Mantis Bugtracker
Thanks for checking Victor.
However, I still cannot login. I wonder if this could be related to my problem 3.
What happens if you try to login using the IP address instead of the domain name?

I'll also have to try to connect using a different ISP I have access to. I'll have to try both ways to be sure.

Vincent solved all three problems for me.
I was trying using the old bugtracker.com address.
Everything is now back to normal using the http://www.mantisbt.org/ address.
