Tooltip - Show complete description on view_all_bug_page.php

I use Mantis 1.1.2.

Is it possible to show the complete bug description via tooltip (Mouseover on summary) on view_all_bug_page.php?

If not, is there an other option available to show the complete description (some kind of extended view) on this page?
