Incredible but true

After passing all the challenges installing PHP and Mysql (I had problems w/version) I have Mantis perfectly install except for one thing. I CAN NO ADD A NEW BUG in any View Bug List. What did I do wrong?

where is the option "CREATE NEW BUG" ?

You help is tremendously appretiated

"Report Issue" in the top menu. You need to create projects and categories first.

I was thinking about this before. I believe that if there are no projects defined and the user logs in as administrator, then the user should be re-directed to the create project page. Another option is to display a message instructing the user to setup projects, categories and whatever else that is necessary.

What are your thoughts on this?
